Custom Jewelry Design Policies

Thank you for your interest in my custom jewelry designs. I always aim to ensure my clients’ happiness with every custom jewelry project and every design I create. The policies outlined below ensure that we are on the same page for any custom jewelry design work.

Shipping Policies

  • All custom jewelry designs are handmade to order so please allow 10-14 days after payment is received before the item ships. 
  • All Bridal is made to order so please allow 2-3 months after payment is received before the item ships. 
  • If you have a special date or deadline please contact us and we will do our best to make sure the pieces are made in time. I am unable to offer guaranteed delivery by a certain date, the mailing system is too unpredictable for me to guarantee delivery. However, I offer guaranteed completion by an agreed upon date. It is up to the buyer to schedule their timeline accordingly and provide me with a date that fits into their schedule (with shipping times kept in mind.)
  • If you would like express shipping, please contact us so we can adjust the shipping cost for you.
  • When available, tracking will be added to the shipping at no extra charge.
  • All international custom jewelry design orders ship via first class mail. If you would like FedEx for full tracking please let us know and we will adjust the shipping cost for you.
  • Your country may subject you to import duties upon receipt of your package.  It is up to you to cover these charges should they occur.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • If for some reason you are not happy with your piece please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your package.
  • Returns should be unworn and undamaged, in it's original packaging and with the receipt included.  Please contact us before returning it.
  • When the item is received and deemed in its original condition, you will be refunded minus shipping.  
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Bespoke items are non-returnable due to the custom jewelry design.
  • If your piece arrives damaged please contact uswithin 3 working days of receipt of your package and we will deal with your query directly.
